G300
“The Lord said to Gideon, ‘With the three hundred men that lapped I will save you and give the Midianites into your hands’” — Judges 7:7
The story of Gideon (Judg 6-8) is an example of how God responds to faith and His ability to make the impossible possible. Before he set out to conquer the Midianites, Gideon gathered an overwhelming force of 32,000 men. But God had other plans. He wanted to ensure the Israelites would attribute victory to Himself and not the strength of a great army, so He stripped Gideon’s legions down to just 300 chosen men. With nothing but trumpets, clay pots, and torches, the 300 advanced on the enemy camp and the might of God drove the Midianites out of the valley.
This Old Testament history lesson has become the inspiration for the G300. Through the G300, you’ll have the opportunity to become one of God’s 300 mighty men, a brotherhood bound through the blood of Christ. Members will be charged to live faith-filled lives, lead by example, and work to bring the Word of God to their local communities. This discipleship experience in being birthed in prayer and will be released in Gods timing.
